     Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can artichokes drained and chopped
3/4 cup parmesan
3/4 cup mayo (substitute 1/2 amount sour cream 1/2 amount mayo)
pinch of garlic pepper
pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Brown chicken lightly in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper in skillet. While chicken is browning, combine artichokes, parmesan and mayo. Transfer to greased baking dish. Cover with artichoke mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered.
