Ingredients

	8 apples (any kind will work) peeled, cored and chopped
	1/2 to 3/4 cup water
	1 tsp. cinnamon
	2 tsp. sugar (more or less to taste)


Instructions


Mix ingredients and cook over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Use masher after cooking, to puree the apples into sauce.
