     Scalloped Sausage and Potatoes

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
4 cups thin potatoes
1 lb cooked sausage, crumbled and drained
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Layer greased 9 by 13 pan as follows- taters, flour mix, sausage, cheese, taters, flour mix, sausage, cheese, milk over top. Cover and bake for 50-60 minutes. Uncover for 10 more. Check for tenderness.
