     Rasberry glazed pork chops

Ingredients
1 tsp butter or margarine
4 3/4 thick boneless pork chops
1/4 cup seedless rasberry jam
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp rasberry or balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
 

Instructions
melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chops-cook 7-9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160 degrees)
meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; cook on medium heat 5 min or until sauce is reduced to glaze, stirring occasionally
spoon evenly over shops just before serving
