Cream together butter/sugar/brown sugar/eggs/vanilla
in KitchenAid Mixer.
Sift together flour, powdered oatmeal, salt, baking
powder, and baking soda. Measure oatmeal, then put
into Cuisinart and pulverize into powdered oatmeal.
Oatmeal is old fashioned oats (not instant oatmeal).
Mix in flour mixture to the sugar mixture in the
KitchenAid mixer. Bowl will be very full. Cut up
Hershey bar into mixing bowl and stir in chocolate
chips. Can use more or less chocolate chips, vary to
taste and preference.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie
sheets.
