Smoked Sausage sliced or chunked and browned
then add- onion chopped coarsely, brown sugar,
cider vinegar, ketsup, juice only of 1 large can
of pineapple chunks, but do not add the pineapple
here.
Cook the above until heated through--about 10
minutes. Add- green pepper, cut into chunks, and
the pineapple chunks
Cook 10 minutes or less.
Mix 2 TBLS of cornstarch with approximately 1/3 cup
of cold water, add to mixture, and cook until thick.
