     Raspberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 cup milk, room temperature
3 1/2 cups fresh or frozen (unthawed) raspberries, whole, unsweetened (
 
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
To the softened butter, add the sugar and cream. Add egg and beat until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and spread berries evenly over the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until cake springs back when touched. Cool 5 minutes.
Stir all glaze ingredients together and spread over warm cake.
