     Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups Cooked Elbow Noodles
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
3/4 tsp Salt
Speck Pepper
2 cups Milk
1/2 lb Velveta Cheese (cut into small cubes)
 

Instructions
Melt butter then add flour, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Slowly add milk, stirring continuously. Add Velveta and stir till melted.
Pour sauce over noodles in a greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
