     Peanut Thai Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken
2 tbsp Lime Juice (MARINADE)
1 tbsp Cooking Oil (MARINADE)
6 tsp Minced Garlic (MARINADE)
3/4 tsp Ground Ginger (MARINADE)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce (MARINADE)
3/4 lb Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
1 tsp Soy Sauce (SAUCE)
2 tsp Lime Juice (SAUCE)
 
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (SAUCE)
1 cup Chicken Broth (SAUCE)
1/2 tsp Salt (SAUCE)
1/8 tsp Dried Red Pepper Flakes (SAUCE)

Instructions
Combine all of the MARINADE ingredients. Marinade Chicken, cut it into cubes, then heat in a skillet until fully cooked. Add drained chicken into cooked noodles and place aside.
Combine all of the SAUCE ingredients in a sauce pan on low- medium heat to melt the Peanut Butter. Add the remaining Marinade sauce after the chicken is fully cooked. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the Sauce over the chicken and noodles, then stir until fully coated. Let cool so the Sauce will thicken.
