Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, soak in salt water for 10 mins, drain and keep aside.
Fry the chopped onions till golden brown color, then add cauliflower, veg masala paste and continue frying. Add salt and continue cooking on low flame.
After half cooking, add cut tomato pieces and continue cooking (add water if necessary).
Garnish with kothmir and serve hot.
