     Taco Seasoning Mix

2 t minced onions
1 t salt
1 t chili powder
1/2 t cornstarch
1/2 t minced garlic
1/4 t oregano
1/2 t ground cumin
opt. 1/2 t diced red pepper
 
Instructions
Makes 1 pkg taco mix. For tacos- Fry 1 lb ground beef, sprinkle with mix, add 1/2 c water and simmer 5-10 minutes.
