     White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 pint clams with juice
1/4 c oil
1/4 c butter
1/2 t pepper (white if you have it)
1 1/2 t oregano
2 T basil
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
salt
8 oz pasta, cooked
 
1/3 c grated Parmesan
2 1/2 T parsley

Instructions
Simmer first seven ingredients for about 30 minutes. Toss with pasta, parsley and Parmesan and serve hot!
