     French Country Salad

2 small bags mixed salad greens
1 bag candied pecans or walnuts
1 can beets—drained, rinsed and quartered
1 bunch Asparagus—grilled or steamed, cut into one inch lengths
1 small package goat cheese—cut into small pieces
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar

Mix dressing ingredients and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Serve immediately.
