While the baklava is baking. In a heavy saucepan, boil sugar,
lemon and water until sugar is melted. Add vanilla and honey.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove lemon.
Remove Baklava from oven and immediately spoon sauce over it.
Let cool. Leave uncovered, it will get soggy if covered. Can be
frozen. Thaw to room temperature before serving.
