In a 9 inch baking dish, spread an even layer of tortilla chips. Pour cheese sauce and refried beans evenly over chips. Sprinkle jalapenos, black olives and onions. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa
