     Blue Cheese Dressing

Servings   1 2/3 cups
Ingredients
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese ( 3ounces)
1 package cream cheese ( 3 ounces) softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup half and half
 
Instructions
Reserve 1/3 cup of the blue cheese. Mix remaining blue cheese and cream cheese in small bowl until well blended.
Stir in mayonnaise and half and half until creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
