     Peaches & Cream Pie

Ingredients
FILLING- 4 c fresh peaches
1 c. sugar
2 T Flour
1 egg
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t vanilla
1 c. sour cream
CRUST- 1/2c. butter
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
TOPPING- 1/3c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3c. flour
1t. cinnamon

Instructions
Beat together all filling ingredients and add peaches
Blend crust ingredients with a pastry blender and put in a 9-10inch pie pan. Add peach mixture.
Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over peach mixture.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; then 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until pie is firm in the middle
