Divide bread dough into 6 pieces after it has risen.
Roll out into a 9 inch circle and put each circle
into a pie pan.
Cut up fruit and spread 1 cup over each circle of
dough. Filling- 1c. sugar, 2 eggs 2 t. flour and 1
can evaporated milk or real cream. Spoon filling
over the six pies.
Topping- 1 cube butter, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. flour.
Mix with a fork until crumbling and sprinkle over
each kuchen pie.
Bake 350 for 15-30 minutes or until filling is set.
