     Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients
4 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
1/3c. olive oil3-4cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place potatoes,oil, garlic, onion, rosemary and salt and pepper in a cookie sheet. Toss well to mix all ingredients. Bake 40 minutes stirring occasionally and gently until the potatoes are cooked and lightly browned
