     Crockpot Meatless Taco Filling

1 Cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1 cup Salsa
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup fat free refried beans
1/2 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 cup water or 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes

Add all ingredients to Crockpot, stir to completely wet TVP. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve as taco meat or as taco salad with shredded cheese, taco chips crumbled and a dressing of sour cream and salsa.
Can mix in 1-2 cups brown rice, cooked and used as a burrito filling.
