     Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups sliced zucchini
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs slightly beaten (6-7 will make fluffier)
1/2 tsp salt- opitional
2 tbsp parsley- optional
1/2 tsp oregano- optional
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into buttered pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until brown.
