Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer until heated through. Pour into a greased 13-in x 9 in x 2in baking dish. sprinkle with cheese
In a blender, combine milk, eggs, oil, flour and salt; cover and process until smooth. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes uncovered or until golden brown.
