Into a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Fold the whipped cream lightly into the flour mixture. Knead lightly for one minute. Roll the dough on a floured board to one quarter inch in thickness. Cut the dough with a cutter (2 in)
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven until golden brown. Serve hot.
