In 2 qt saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla, liqueur and fruit. Cook over med heat stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (18-20 mins) Boil 3 mins stirring constantly.
Stir in vanilla and liqueur. Serve with fresh fruit.
