Ingredients
1 oz olive oil
3 gloves garlic
3 oz bacon (pancetta)
3 oz proschiutto
16 oz plum tomatos
salt
basil
4 red peppers
 

Instructions
Mix oil, garlic, pancetta and prosciutto. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add plum tomatoes, salt and basil. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add 4 red peppers cut up and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rigatoni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
