Instructions |
|
|
Mix oil, garlic, pancetta and prosciutto. Simmer for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Add plum tomatoes, salt and basil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Add 4 red peppers cut up and simmer for 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve over rigatoni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
|
