Preheat oven to 450 degrees and coat and 8 inch
baking dish with spray. Brown hamburger and
drain. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and
pepper. Add ketchup and cheese, then mix well
until everything is good and coated. Place the
biscuits on the top and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
