Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool on rack. Dip in melted chocolate and then into sprinkles or nuts.
Position rack in lower 1/3 oven. Preheat to 350. Line with parchment paper. Place dough in pastry bag fitted with 1/2 inch tip and pipe into 2 inch lengths on sheet.
