Super Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

	sweet potatoes
	salt
	pepper
	EVOO


Instructions


Peel and cut potatoes into wedges


Lay in baking pan with a drizzle of EVOO and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.


Cook for 15min.


Plate and serve.
