     Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients
1 Cup butter
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Cup (extra) 10X sugar for rolling
3/4 Cup finely chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
Mix butter, 10x sugar, vanilla. Stir in flour and salt.
Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls, bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (until set, not brown).
While warm, roll in sugar
After they cool (4-5 minutes), roll again in ziplock bag!
