     Lemon Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. pasta
1 lemon (zest)
1/2 stick butter
4 TBSP olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic
2 cups sour cream
1/2 - 1 tsp. kosher salt
 

Instructions
Cook and drain pasta according to package. Rinse pasta well with cold water.
In a skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter with olive oil over low heat. When melted, add 3-4 cloves chopped garlic and juice of lemon. Turn off heat.
Stir in sour cream and whisk until well mixed, add lemon zest and kosher salt to taste.
Pour over drained pasta. Can be served cool or as a hot summer dish. Put in oven sae dish and bake @ 375 cover with foil for 15 minutes then uncovered for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese...squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over top and enjoy.
