Cook and drain pasta according to package. Rinse pasta well with cold water.

In a skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter with olive oil over low heat. When melted, add 3-4 cloves chopped garlic and juice of lemon.
Turn off heat.

Stir in sour cream and whisk until well mixed, add lemon zest and kosher salt to taste.
|
|
|
Pour over drained pasta. Can be served cool or as a hot summer dish. Put in oven sae dish and bake @ 375 cover with foil for 15 minutes then uncovered for 7-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese...squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over top and enjoy.
