     Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 Egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup blueberries
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except blueberries until flour is just moistened. Do not over stir. Add blueberries and fold them into batter. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
