1lb. pieces seedless watermelon

1/2 seedless cucumber, cut in half & sliced

3 cups Baby arugula

3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions |

Dressing-
Whisk together, olive oil, white whine vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add onions and let stand for 10 mins.

Add watermelon, cucumber and arugula to bowl. Toss to combine.
Top salad with crumbled feta and serve.
