     Calico Beans

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon cubed
1 cup purple onion chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can rotel drained
1 can pork an beans
 
1 can red kidney beans
1 can butter beans
1 can black eyed peas w/ snaps
Instructions
Brown ground beef, bacon, and onion. Drain
Add remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in large casserole dish (covered) or cook in crock pot 4 to 5 hours on low.
This is better cooked in the crock pot on a medium heat and serve with cornbread
