1 package of Pork Tenderloin (unseasoned)(2 to pack)
1 jar Salsa (hot or mild), approximately 16 oz
2 cans black beans (with juice)
Rice of your choice - I use Yellow
Instructions
Dump pork and salsa in crockpot and cook on low all day.
1 hour before you eat, add the beans
Cut mean up into servable pieces and serve over cooked rice.
