     Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
7 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Pam butter-flavored cooking spray
Tortilla Chips
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chopped jalapeno peppers and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into small casserole dish (3 cups, 7x5x1.5).
Combine remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture and spray generously with butter flavored cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips.
