     Egg Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup cubed ham
1/4 Cup green onions, chopped
3 Tbl melted margarine
12-18 eggs, beaten
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 1/4 Cup breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup melted butter
paprika
 

Instructions
Saute Ham, green onion and margarine. Remove from pan and cook eggs to soft curd stage. Remove from heat. Saute mushrooms. Fold together ham mixtures, eggs and mushrooms along with the soup.
Place mixture in a casserole dish and top with the breadcrumbs mixed with the butter. Sprinkle with paprika
~~you can add eggs without adding more soup or topping
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
