Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and transfer to a large serving bowl.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss in shrimp. When shrimp are almost pink, stir in parsley. Stir over linguine.
