     Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups fat-free, refrigerated no-dairy creamer
1/4 cup Butter Buds Sprinkles
1 lb frozen Southern-style hash browns (potatoes cut into tiny squares)
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
4 oz fat-free cream cheese
3/4 cup skim milk
Salt & pepper, optional
 

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. In the slow cooker mix together the non-dairy creamer with the Butter Buds Sprinkles until dissolved.
Stir in hash browns. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. Unplug the cooker and add the sour cream, cream cheese, and milk.
With a hand-held mixer beat all the ingredients together until thick and creamy.
Cover and leave in the slow cooker to keep warm. If desired add the salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Good with any lean meat
