Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water, and oil in mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
Coat 4-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour in cake mixture. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool 10 minutes, then turn cake out onto rack.
Makes 24 servings.
