     Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg (18 1/2 oz) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cup fat-free sour cream
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
 

Instructions
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water, and oil in mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
Coat 4-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour in cake mixture. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool 10 minutes, then turn cake out onto rack. Makes 24 servings.
Per Serving- 180 cal, 3 g pro, 23 g carb, 9 g sat fat, 35 mg chol, 0 g fiber, 230 mg sodium.
