Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles
and place in jelly roll pan, pressing up the sides to form crust. Seal
edges where dough meets each other. Sprinkle 1 T sugar over
dough. Bake 14 to 19 minutes. Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, extract, sugar and paste, mixing
thoroughly. Spread over cool crust. Top with fruit. Heat preserves,
spread over fruit. Sprinkle with almonds. Cover and store in
refrigerator.

CRUST OPTION- tube of sugar cookie dough pressed flat and bake 10-12 minutes, FILLING- 8oz cream cheese mixed with 4oz Cool Whip.
