Cook tortellini according to package. meanwhile in dutch oven combine soup,broth,milk,cream,tomatoes and seasonings. Heat thoroughly. Stirring frequently.
Drain tortellini. Carefully add to the soup. Stir in cheese.stir to melt cheese.
sprinkle with remaining cheese.
