Melt chips over hot, not boiling, water. Add sour cream and salt.
Stir until smooth. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Shape into
small balls next morning.
Mix together wafers, rum, butter, sugar, nuts and salt. Roll
chocolate balls in crumb mixture. Roll balls into cocoa. Keep tightly
covered. Improve with storage. Keeps in refrigerator for weeks.
