     Carmel Corn

Ingredients
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup White Corn Syrup
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
10-15 cups of popped Popcorn
 

Instructions
Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Stir in soda and vanilla. Mix. Pour over 10-15 cups of popcorn and combine well.
Spread coated popcorn on sheets of aluminum foil to cool, separating in small bite size clusters.
I usually add Holiday colored M&Ms to the popped corn before tossing with the carmel.
