     Peach Crunch

Ingredients
CRUST & TOPPING-
1 cup sifted Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup melted Butter
3/4 cup Oatmeal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
3-4 large Peaches, sliced
SYRUP-
 
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Water
2 T Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
Mix the 6 Crust/Topping ingredients until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of 9x9 baking dish. Reserve the other half for topping. Cover with sliced peaches.
Cook first 3 Syrup ingredients until thick and clear. Add vanilla. Pour over peaches. Add rest of topping. Bake one hour in 350 degree oven.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Whipped Cream or Vanilla Bean ice cream.
