Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugar and honey until
creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients
(flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg). Add to creamed mixture.
Add oatmeal, combine. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake 12-14
minutes.
