TOPPING- Heat ingredients, stirring constantly until it boils. Boil 8
minutes. Add 1 tsp Vanilla. Cool.
CRUST- Crush OREO's and mix with melted butter. Press into 9x13
pan. Cover with cashew pieces.
FILLING- soften 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream and spread over
cashew pieces. Pour cooled chocolate mixture over top and freeze
over night. (I put chocolate mixture in zip-lock bag then snip
corner to drizzle over ice cream).
