In bowl, combine 1 egg, cake mix and butter. Press into sprayed
9x13 pan.
Beat remaining 2 eggs and cream cheese, add powdered sugar,
blend well. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour over cake mix layer.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
