     Black Bean Spirals

Ingredients
4 ozs. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. mexican styyle finely shredded cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 c. canned black beans rinsed and drained
3 10 inch flour tortillas
salsa
 

Instructions
Mix cheese, sour cream and salt with electric mixer on med speed until well blended.
Place beans in food processor. process until smooth. Spread a thin layer of beans on each tortilla, spread cheese mixture over beans.
Roll tortillas up tightly. Refrigerate 30 min. cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with salsa
Serving Suggestions
you can use montery jack or jalopeno pepper cheese
