     Pumpkin cake filling

4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Combine all dry ingredients and cream cheese. Beat on medium speed until well mixed.
Slowly add heavy whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until thickened.
Chill for 2 hours prior to using.
Serving Suggestions
Fill torted pumpkin cake with filling.
