     Tangy Pepper Roast

Ingredients
1-2 T cracked black peppercorns
2 cloves garlis
3 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 c reduced sodium soy sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t dry mustard
3 lb round tip roast or briskit trimmed of fat or turkey tenderloin or pork tenderloin
 

Instructions
Rub cracked pepper and garlic onto roast. Put roast in Crock-Pot. Make several shallow slits in top of roast. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 8-10 hours, or high 4-5 hours (12 servings)(150 cal,25g protein, 4 g fat, 2 g carb., 298 mg sod.)
VARIATION- Add new potatoes and carrots
Serving Suggestions
serve w/ mashed potatoes and green beans.
